Andrew has over 30 years’ experience working in business to business sales, sales management and people development.


For the past 20 years Andrew has worked with a variety of companies across many sectors, advising and delivering specific and results focused learning programmes. For 13 years, Andrew was the Head of Learning and Development for the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). During this time, he successfully designed and delivered a comprehensive training and qualifications portfolio specifically for the recruitment sector to educate the delegates in enhanced and optimum business sales, negotiation and customer care techniques and skills along with best business practices.


His more recent project includes successfully developing and delivering bespoke training academies for an International company – a major organisation focusing on the engineering, oil and gas sectors – focusing on Sales Success, Building Influential Relationships,  Service Excellence and Essential Management.
